PRICING

Base Cost: $1095.00 (for up to a 6 hour event)

Each Additional Hour: $50.00 per hour (between 8am - 10pm)

6' Long Table Rental: $5.00 each

Chair Rental: $1.00 each

5' Round Table Rental: $6.00 each

Cabaret Table Rental: $3.00 each

Wine Building Rental (with refrigerator): $125.00

Cook House Rental (Gas equipment includes oven with grill & char broiler): $175.00

Daily 8am-10pm

Saturdays in April, May, October, November 8am-10pm

Sundays in April & May, also 3rd Sunday in October through November

First two Saturdays in June

Last two Saturday's in September

NOT AVAILABLE on Saturdays in June, July, August, September (some exceptions - see above)

TERMS

$500.00 Deposit required to hold date.

$250.00 of Deposit is non-refundable.

No refunds given for less than 60 days notice given prior to event.

Payment in full is required 10 days prior to the event.

Clearing decks of stored tables and chairs will result in additional charge of $150.00.

If your plans require additional time other than the day of your event additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged. Please discuss when booking event.
