Seating undercover for 250 people. additional seating for 400 people, dance floor, restrooms, trash removal.

Base Cost $745.00
6 hour event

OPTIONS
Each additional hour $45.00 per hour between 8 am-10 PM

Table Cost (6' long) $5.00 ea.

Chair Cost $1.25 ea.

Round Tables (seat 5) $8.00 ea.
Ten tables are available for rental. If additional tables are required additional charges may apply.

Cabaret Tables $3.00 ea.

Wine Building with refrigerator $75.00

Cook House $125.00 (Gas Equipment includes Oven with Grill & Char broiler)

Sundays in April & May, also 3rd Sunday in October through November.

CLEARING DECKS OF STORED TABLES AND CHAIRS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
